Harmonie Mutuelle 20 km de Paris is the capital's autumn classic, reaching its 48th edition in October 2026. The start is on the Pont d'Iéna, then Trocadéro, the Arc de Triomphe, the Bois de Boulogne past Roland-Garros, the Maison de la Radio and the Seine embankments, with a grand finish at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. Bands and orchestras line the course, there are also 5, 10 and 15 km options and kids' races, and the charity partner is the Grégory Lemarchal association fighting cystic fibrosis. After the race Paris offers Saint-Germain cafés, the Louvre and Orsay, Montmartre strolls and an evening on the Seine.
An easy run with a local club the day before the race — the best way to shake out the legs and meet the city.
