The Aalborg Halvmarathon takes place in spring, with 10 km and 5 km alongside the half. The course is flat and urban, with stretches along the Limfjord — a good season opener and a chance at a PB. Aalborg is the main city of North Jutland: the Utzon Center on the waterfront, the Kunsten museum by Alvar Aalto, medieval Aalborghus and Jomfru Ane Gade, which comes alive at night.
