Adria Motion BU2 is an intimate city run in Budva, one of the main resorts on Montenegro's coast. Runners choose between 5 and 10 km on a flat course along the sea and the old town; a cap of around 300 participants keeps the mood cosy and friendly. It is held at the end of December, between Christmas and New Year, making it ideal for beginners, 'straight-off-the-couch' runners and tourists wintering on the Adriatic. Winters on the Montenegrin coast are mild and almost snow-free.
