ALDI Women's Running Gala is a women-only race held in Budapest in early June, and in 2026 it reached its 31st edition. More than 5,000 women take part across 10 km and 5 km, a three-person 2 km relay, a 2.5 km run or walk and a family kilometre. It is about support and celebration rather than seconds — friends, mothers and daughters, office teams — with a medal, technical shirt and partner gifts at the finish. Afterwards Budapest offers the Széchenyi and Gellért baths, Danube promenades, the Fisherman's Bastion and the ruin bars of the Jewish Quarter.
