The Sparda-Bank Altstadtlauf Köln is an atmospheric summer evening race in Cologne. It starts by the German Sport & Olympic Museum, with the festival area at the Chocolate Museum in the trendy Rheinauhafen district. The 5 and 10 km courses run along the Rhine with views of Cologne Cathedral and the old town. A flat route, a warm July evening and a city party at the finish make it a great tourist 10K.
