The AG Antwerp 10 Miles in late April is one of Belgium's biggest races: 10 miles (16.1 km), plus 10 km and 5 km. The course starts on the left bank, dives under the Scheldt through a tunnel and runs through the historic centre and port districts to a city-centre finish; the Antwerp Marathon takes place the same weekend. Antwerp means the Cathedral of Our Lady with Rubens's paintings, the Rubens House, the diamond quarter, the cathedral-like Central Station and the MAS museum overlooking the port.
