The Antwerp Urban Trail is an autumn race of 6–15 km. It is part of Belgium's Urban Trail Series: the route runs not only through streets and parks but through buildings, staircases, courtyards and places normally closed to the public. It is more a running tour than a race against the clock. Antwerp means the Cathedral of Our Lady with Rubens's paintings, the Rubens House, the diamond quarter, the cathedral-like Central Station and the MAS museum overlooking the port.
