The Bad Tölzer Isarlauf is an autumn race by the Lenggries ski club along the banks of the Isar: a half, 10 km and 5 km on trails beside the turquoise mountain river at the foot of the Alps. Bad Tölz is a spa town with a picturesque Marktstrasse, with Lakes Tegernsee and Walchensee nearby; Munich is about an hour away.
