The Belfast City Half Marathon takes place each September and sells out year after year as Northern Ireland's largest half. Start and finish are at Ormeau Park, and the route is designed to take in north, south, east and west Belfast, neighbourhoods many visitors never see. An autumn date, lively roadside support and easygoing Northern Irish warmth make it a great end-of-season target. Belfast offers Titanic Belfast, the Cathedral Quarter, the West Belfast murals and the Victorian Crown Liquor Saloon, with the Giant's Causeway a short trip up the coast.
