The Generali Berlin Half Marathon, held in early April, is one of the world's biggest and fastest half marathons. The flat course passes the Brandenburg Gate, Unter den Linden, the Kurfürstendamm and Potsdamer Platz, with tens of thousands of runners and music and crowds all along. Berlin means Museum Island, the Reichstag dome, the East Side Gallery and endless nightlife.
