IMOS Beskydská sedmička (B7) is one of the best-known Czech mountain ultras, held in late August; its 17th edition took place in 2026. The main course of around 100 km goes 'across the whole Beskids' — from Třinec to Frenštát pod Radhoštěm over seven landmark summits of the Moravian-Silesian Beskids, with huge total climbing and night sections. Shorter options run alongside, and B7 is known for its team spirit and supporters on the summits and in mountain huts. It is a challenge Czech trail runners train for all year. The Beskids offer Lysá hora, Radhošť with its wooden chapel, the open-air museum in Rožnov and Wallachian plum brandy.
