Blodomloppet is Sweden's large charity series in support of blood donation. The Sundsvall edition is held in late August: run 5 or 10 km or walk 5 km on the flat streets of the coastal 'Stone City' on the Gulf of Bothnia. It is a mass, accessible format for runners of every level; blood donors traditionally take part for free.
