Corrida d'Octodure
14 November 2026 · Martigny, Switzerland
mass participationcorridacityeveningvalais
The Corrida d'Octodure is a traditional November road race in the centre of Martigny (canton Valais), named after the town's Roman name Octodurus. The programme spans children's starts, a popular run up to 5 km, a 5 km women's race and a 7 km men's race in laps through the old town. Martigny is the gateway to Valais, with Roman ruins and the famous Fondation Pierre Gianadda — easy to pair with an autumn weekend in wine country. 2026 marks the milestone 50th edition.
