Corrida Sempre Mulher is a popular women's 5K run and walk in Lisbon, starting right in the centre at Praça dos Restauradores. It is a run-or-walk format with thousands of participants, a festive spring atmosphere and a women's-health message. The accessible, flat 5K through the capital's historic streets is ideal for beginners and a great excuse to run through central Lisbon in spring. Men take part in support.
