Crosul OncoHelp is an annual charity run in Timișoara organised by the OncoHelp cancer foundation: entry fees and donations fund treatment and equipment for cancer patients. The flat course follows the green Bega riverside in the city centre; choose 10 km for runners or 4 km for families, children and those coming to support the cause rather than a time. It is a race 'with heart': the mood is friendly, pace is optional, and taking part is itself a contribution. Timișoara, European Capital of Culture 2023, adds a pleasant urban backdrop.
