Etape Bornholm is a summer stage race in which runners spend several days covering different corners of the island: short and long stages on roads, through Almindingen forest, the rocky north and the sandy south. Results are based on total time, and between stages there is swimming, rest and island life. Bornholm offers round churches, the ruins of Hammershus, the smokehouses of Gudhjem and Svaneke and glassblowing workshops.
