The Irish Life Frank Duffy 10 Mile is the August race in the Dublin Race Series, between the Fingal 10K and the Dublin Half Marathon; in 2026 all 5,000 places sold out. The course runs almost entirely along the wide avenues of Phoenix Park — not flat, but rewarding steady pacing. Pacers run for 70, 80, 90 and 100 minutes, the atmosphere is lively, the organisation is polished, and finishers get a T-shirt. Afterwards, wander the park with its deer, visit Dublin Zoo, and head into town for Trinity College, Temple Bar and the Guinness Storehouse.
