Björn Borg Helsinki Half Marathon is a summer half in the heart of the Finnish capital, held in June. There's also a 5 km race, so it suits beginners as well as PB hunters. The course runs through Helsinki's streets and waterfronts, with harbours, islands and the bright nights of the northern summer. It's organised by Runner's High, who also stage the city's August marathon. Helsinki offers Senate Square, Suomenlinna fortress, Löyly sauna and the harbour market.
