Helsinki Twilight Run is a mass evening event on the central streets of Helsinki at the height of the Finnish summer, when it stays light almost until midnight. You can run 5 or 10 km or walk the 5 km; the course is flat and urban, and the mood is relaxed and family-friendly. It is an ideal 'straight-off-the-couch' start for beginners and for visitors who want to see the city on the move on a warm August evening.
