The 18th Jesenický maraton is a point-to-point mountain run along the Jeseníky ridge: Ramzová — Šerák — Červenohorské sedlo — Švýcárna — the summit of Praděd (1,491 m) — Ovčárna — Vysoká hole — finish at Skřítek. 42 km (+1,780 m), with a 22 km half (+730 m) from Červenohorské sedlo; 6:30 cutoff, Salomon is the main partner.

In-person check-in on race day is mandatory: marathon 8:00–9:30 at the Mountain Rescue in Ramzová, half 8:00–10:30 at Hotel Červenohorské sedlo; runners get a course map with emergency numbers.
