Jurassic Coast Challenge
26 March 2027 · Charmouth (Dorset), UK
marathontrailcoastalscenicvery hillyspringunescomulti day
Epic Endurance's Jurassic Coast Challenge is a late-March multi-day event of roughly a marathon a day for three days, though you can enter one or two days. The route heads east along the UNESCO World Heritage coast: Charmouth to Weymouth with a full lap of Portland, then on to Lulworth Cove and finally Shell Bay at Studland. Coastal paths, beaches and tracks with big hills, self-navigation and checkpoints roughly every 10 km make it tough and stunning. Dorset offers Durdle Door, fossil hunting at Lyme Regis, Chesil Beach and pub lunches in stone villages.
