The Kallithea Night Run is an evening city race in Kallithea, a large southern district of Athens close to the Faliro coast. Its mass, accessible 2.5, 5 and 10 km distances run through closed, floodlit streets in a friendly, festive mood — a great straight-off-the-couch option for anyone already in Athens. The course is flat and urban. Organised by local clubs together with the Municipality of Kallithea, it usually takes place in mid-October, when the evenings are warm and pleasant for running.
