The Kidney Wales CDF 10K is a popular charity 10K through the heart of the Welsh capital, part of the Run 4 Wales series. The route passes Cardiff Castle and the Principality Stadium, runs through Llandaff, Pontcanna Fields and Sophia Gardens, and finishes by the Edwardian Civic Centre. It is a mass, beginner-friendly event with a companion 2K Fun Run — a great weekend excuse to combine a run with a first look at Cardiff.
