Held since 1983 in Knarvik (Nordhordland, just north of Bergen), Knarvikmila has grown into one of Western Norway's biggest running events. The flagship distance is the 'mila' — a fast, scenic 10 km on the road along the fjord — with an accessible 5 km alongside. The mood is a proper community festival, with kids' races and a half marathon over the same weekend. A great 'straight-off-the-couch' pick to combine with a trip to the Bergen fjords.
