La Strasbourgeoise is a mass women's solidarity event: thousands of participants dressed in pink run or walk 5 km through central Strasbourg. The course is flat and accessible, the mood friendly, and proceeds support the fight against breast cancer. A great excuse to pair an easy run with a visit to the Alsatian capital, its cathedral and the Petite France district.
