Ladiesrun Rotterdam is a popular women-only run starting and finishing in Zuiderpark in the south of the city. Participants choose 5, 7.5 or 10 km over a flat course, and the event traditionally supports the Pink Ribbon breast-cancer charity. The mood is festival-like: music, food trucks, a pink dress code and thousands of women runners. A great accessible 'straight-off-the-couch' start and a burst of positivity in early summer.
