The TCS 8K is the short distance of the October TCS Amsterdam Marathon weekend. It is a way to run through Amsterdam on marathon day, on the same closed streets and with the same crowds, without marathon training — ideal for runners' companions and newcomers. The event is centred on the 1928 Olympic Stadium. Afterwards: canals, the Jordaan, the Museumplein museums and an evening in a traditional 'brown café'.
