Marselisløbet is an Aarhus classic: 5.6 km and 11.2 km through the hilly beech forest of Marselisborg above Aarhus Bay. The course is demanding, with climbs and descents, but the forest, sea views and atmosphere make it a local favourite. Nearby is the royal family's summer residence, Marselisborg Palace with its park, deer enclosures and beaches; central Aarhus with ARoS and Den Gamle By is 10 minutes away.
