MMM Winter Challenge is a free winter series from the organisers of the Košice Peace Marathon. Two races (typically February and mid-March) over 5 km ('Päťka') and 10 km ('Desiatka') on a 1 km loop in the Mestský park city park, with chip timing and a 90-minute limit. A single registration covers both races. It is an accessible way to keep fit in winter and run 'off the couch' in Slovakia's eastern capital; minimum age is 12 for the 5 km and 15 for the 10 km.
