The Generali München Marathon is an autumn marathon in Munich finishing in the 1972 Olympic Stadium. A flat course through Schwabing, the English Garden and the old town; there is a half and a 10 km too. Munich means Marienplatz, beer gardens, the Eisbach surfers and the Pinakotheken; the Alps are an hour away.
