The North Sea Beach Marathon is a summer race on the wide beach of Jutland's west coast at Nymindegab: 10 km, a half and a marathon on packed sand along the surf. It is one of the purest beach marathons: just sea, dunes and wind that helps one way and fights you the other. Ringkøbing Fjord, the fishing port of Hvide Sande and the endless beaches of Holmsland Klit are nearby.
