NUTS HEL

NUTS HEL is the autumn trail race of the NUTS series, held in early October right inside Helsinki, in the forests of Central Park (Keskuspuisto). Friday evening brings kids' races and the Nightfall 6K by headlamp as the city fades into forest; Saturday offers the classic 25 km, 14 km and an Intro Trail 6K. All routes share the same park: roots, singletrack, short climbs and autumn leaves, a few kilometres from downtown. The hub is the Eläintarha sports field, and runners of different distances cross paths at aid stations. Helsinki offers Suomenlinna, seaside saunas, the Olympic Stadium next to the start and the harbour market.
