The 7th Media Maratón de Oviedo starts at the Palacio de los Deportes and finishes beside the majestic Oviedo Cathedral, in the capital of Asturias — a city Woody Allen once praised so warmly that it now has a statue of him in its old town. The route passes the San Miguel de Lillo checkpoint and the emblematic Calle Uría before finishing in Plaza de la Escandalera. It's a race steeped in the historic and cultural charm of northern Spain.
