Prom'Classic is a winter 10 km in Nice held in early January that opens the running year on the Riviera; the next edition is set for 10 January 2027. The course runs along the famous Promenade des Anglais by the sea, completely flat and therefore very fast — runners come here for personal bests. Winter sunshine, the turquoise Baie des Anges and palm trees make a January start feel almost like summer. Nice offers the Old Town and the Cours Saleya market, Castle Hill, the Matisse and Chagall museums, socca and salade niçoise.
