The 30K, 21.1K, and 10K races start and finish at the Polideportivo Internúcleos athletics track. The completely flat course winds through the town of Sagunto and its port district. Sagunto is famed for its 1st-century Roman theatre and the Iberian-era castle towering above the town, one of the largest fortresses in the Valencia region. The 30K is traditionally used by runners as a benchmark long run ahead of the Valencia Marathon.
