São Silvestre de Coimbra is a year-end evening 10K through the heart of student Coimbra, starting and finishing on Rua Infanta D. Maria. The course runs through the historic centre of the famous university city; alongside it are the 5K Sanfil Medicine Walk and the children's Mini São Silvestre. Festive mood, lights and a 6:30 PM December start make it a classic Portuguese 'São Silvestre' — no marathon attached, accessible and touristy.
