The I Feel Slovenia Soča Outdoor Festival is a summer trail festival in Bovec held in late June; in 2026 it ran from 26 to 28 June. Six trail races from 5 to 50 km suit both seasoned trail runners and those combining a race with an active holiday, and hikers get a two-day trek on the Juliana Trail. The routes run through the Soča valley beneath the Julian Alps — mountain paths, forests and views of the crystal-clear emerald river. The vibe is pure festival, with riverside camping, family-friendly facilities and visitors from across Europe, and some races sell out early. Bovec is Slovenia's outdoor capital: rafting and kayaking on the Soča, the Boka waterfall, Mount Kanin and the history of the Isonzo Front.
