StraBologna is a big people's sports festival: around 20,000 take part, running or walking through Bologna's historic centre under its famous porticoes. There are three routes to choose from (about 3.5, 6 and 10 km), all flat and accessible. The non-competitive, family format in late May makes it a great way to see the 'red', foodie capital of Emilia-Romagna on the move.
