Lysløbet (The Light Barrel) is a short 5 km evening run in early December in Odense by the H.C. Andersen Marathon organisers. The course is lit up and runners carry lights and glowing accessories — a true pre-Christmas party for the whole family. December Odense means Christmas markets, the Andersen museum and fairy-tale decorations in the old town.
