Tinos Running Experience

Tinos Running Experience takes place at the end of May on Tinos, one of the most authentic islands of the Cyclades. Runners choose a half marathon, 10 km or 5 km, each a single loop, with separate races for kids and juniors. The course follows the sea and the island's rolling roads, so the terrain is lively and the views are pure Cyclades: white houses, dry-stone terraces and the deep-blue Aegean. The intimate format and late-spring date make it a great reason to visit before the summer crowds. Tinos offers the pilgrimage church of Panagia Evangelistria, hundreds of carved dovecotes, the marble village of Pyrgos with its sculpture museum, and excellent local food with artichokes and cheeses.
