The Ultra Trail des Sources (UTDS) is a semi-autonomous 160 km ultra trail with about 4,600 m of climbing through the eastern Ardennes around Spa, Theux and Stoumont; you can run it solo or as a relay. The route links mineral springs, wooded valleys and the High Fens plateau. Spa has the hilltop Thermes de Spa, spring pavilions and the Spa-Francorchamps F1 circuit 15 minutes away.
