Ultraløbet Vendsyssel Rundt is a 100 km ultra around Vendsyssel, the 'island' in northern Jutland that the Limfjord cuts off from the rest of Denmark. The route runs through forests, hills and coast, and autumn colours make it especially beautiful. Hjørring, Frederikshavn, Skagen and the Rubjerg Knude lighthouse are nearby.
