The Mattoni Running Festival Ústí nad Labem is RunCzech's September running festival: its 16th edition on 19 September 2026 sold out with 8,000 runners. The main distances are the half and 10 km, plus a four-person relay, a family mile and kids' races. The course showcases 'the industrial capital of northern Bohemia', and its highlight is the Spolchemie chemical works, which once a year scales back production and opens its gates to runners. Despite some undulation it is fast: the men's record is 59:14. Ústí offers Střekov Castle on its rock above the Elbe, the cable car to Větruše, and Bohemian Switzerland with the Pravčice Gate nearby.
