Utrecht Singelloop
26 September 2027 · Utrecht, Netherlands
cityflatspringcanals
The Singelloop Utrecht is the country's oldest road race, first held in 1925. It is a single clockwise 10 km loop along the singel, the canal ringing central Utrecht, starting by Lepelenburg park. The course is fast: in 2010 Leonard Komon ran 26:44 here — a 10 km world record at the time. It takes place in late September or early October. Utrecht means the Dom Tower, canals with water-level terraces and one of the best café and bar cultures in the country.
