The Viborg 100 km is a spring road ultra that hosts the Danish 100 km championships and has carried an IAU label. The course is a measured, well-supported loop built for even pacing and good results. Viborg is one of the country's oldest towns: the cathedral, the old quarter by Søndersø and Nørresø lakes and the start of the historic Hærvejen route.
