The Vitality London 10,000 is a flat, mass-participation 10K through central London, staged by the London Marathon team. The route sweeps past the capital's icons — Trafalgar Square, the Thames Embankment, Whitehall — and finishes on The Mall right outside Buckingham Palace, just like the big marathon. It is ideal running tourism for a weekend: friendly for beginners yet fast enough for a city 10K PB, without the marathon distance. From 2026 the race moved to late September.
