The VITAMIN WELL Frauenlauf Berlin (formerly the AVON Frauenlauf) is Germany's largest women's event: tens of thousands run or walk through the Tiergarten park in central Berlin. You can choose 5 or 10 km (running, walking or Nordic walking) on a flat course in a friendly, festive mood. It is a charity race — €1 from every entry goes to the Berlin Cancer Society — and every participant gets a signature adidas shirt and a medal.
