The Würzburger Residenzlauf is a spring city race in the Franconian town of Würzburg. It starts and finishes on the square by the magnificent baroque Residence, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The main distances are 5 and 10 km through the historic centre and along the Main river, with separate corporate and elite races plus children's runs. A flat course, the surrounding wine country and a beautiful old town make it a pleasant tourist trip in late April.
